Wine, which stands for Wine Is Not an Emulator, takes a different approach: since macOS is POSIX compliant, Wine translates the Windows API calls into POSIX calls in order to be understood by Apple’s operating system. The conversion is done on-the-fly and enables you to integrate Windows applications.

The Taste of Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is currently taking place in Disney World. Like just about everything else, the event looks different this year to make it as safe as possible for all those participating. As far as ingredients go, you'll need just about everything you use for any other homemade mac & cheese recipe. Before attempting this one at home, make sure you have butter, panko crumbs, coarse salt, pepper, your pasta of choice (cavatappi and elbow, preferably), flour, whole milk, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, white cheddar cheese, yellow cheddar cheese, and Boursin's garlic & herb cheese.

The first step involves toasting the panko crumbs. If needed, add some salt! For the macaroni, you'll want to cook your pasta first and let it sit to the side while it's warm as you prepare the deliciously thick cheese sauce.

For said luxurious sauce, start by melting butter in a pan and whisking in flour. Once that has thickened, add milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and mustard powder into the mix and simmer until it's a creamy consistency. Once it's really there, add in all of the cheese, saving a bit of the Boursin for sprinkling later on. Finally, add in your cooked pasta, season it all with salt and pepper, and top every serving with some Boursin and the toasted bread crumbs.
